This is the reason why our kindergartens and school attract the biggest enthusiasts in the field.

Owner | education
Petra Langerová
In my own imagination, even as a little girl, I had a school that was a paradise for all children. Enthusiastic teachers and a respectful team of children who develop together in a harmonizing environment. Already in elementary school, I had the honor of meeting teachers who were so enlightened in their efforts to find all children an activity that suits them and in which they can realize themselves. This approach inspired me a lot.
Over the years, studying, meeting experts and the latest research and attending interesting trainings from Mindfulness, Mindset Coaching, Motivation Course, Children's brain and its secrets in the educational system, for example Project teaching in primary education and many others, I had a perfect school clear.

Owner | CEO
Michal Zuza
I studied law in Prague, spent some time in the USA and then several years in the legal profession. After that, I started my own consulting company. I have been associated with GENIUS schools since the beginning, when I helped them with administrative and legal matters. As the schools grew, both in quality and scope, I helped more and more until I became the director of the company in 2019.
GENIUS schools enable me to make use of my experience and at the same time realize my enthusiasm for innovative education and child development. I am especially fulfilled by immediate feedback, because I can immediately see in our children and parents when we are doing our job well, which allows me to grow better personally and professionally.

Owner | marketing
Pavlína Zuzová
I am the co-founder and marketing director of our GENIUS kindergartens and elementary schools. In our schools, I can fully apply my artistic and graphic education from the Václav Hollar Art School, as well as the knowledge from studying marketing and communication at university, and last but not least, the time and experience gained by studying and working in Australia or the USA. I take care of the marketing, graphics, visual side and communication of our schools with enthusiasm and joy. At the same time, I expand my horizons with my own work. I paint and illustrate for interesting Czech companies or, for example, the National Theatre. Words cannot describe how proud I am of what our team and I create here in our GENIUS schools and how we manage to qualitatively influence the lives of so many children, as well as colleagues and, I believe, parents as well :-).

HR manager
Nikola Faltová
We have always been drawn to each other with children and the time spent with them has been very fulfilling for me. I graduated from the Dance Conservatory, Special Education at the University of Ostrava and Andragogy and Educational Management at Charles University. During my studies, I had the opportunity to try out management work, which was also close to me. For several years, I worked as a teacher in a prestigious bilingual kindergarten, where I also participated in the management of the organization and gained rich experience in caring for clients - parents, mentoring new teachers, creating educational programs, etc. Combining management, improving the educational system and at the same time still being close to children is a dream come true for me. Not to mention that I consider the GENIUS Mind educational program extraordinary and I completely agree with it.

Methodist
Michaela Ringmaierová
I worked in the positions of teaching assistant, class teacher and now branch manager. Why work with children of preschool age? At each developmental stage, children encounter decisive milestones that continue to accompany them throughout their lives. Kindergarten is often the first place where children are separated from their parents for the first time and learn new social roles. They are no longer just a son or daughter, but are now friends, students. Their talent, skills and knowledge are developed here, which then opens the door for them to enter primary school and further life. My goal is to support all these children and I am honored to be able to accompany them through their first steps in the life of "schoolchildren".

Office Manager
Natálie Vacková
My name is Natálie Vacková and at GENIUS I am in charge of the operational and administrative agenda, mainly for the company management. However, I also work closely with amazing colleagues across all branches and I am happy when everything runs smoothly and with a smile.
I care about everything running smoothly and without unnecessary worries, because that's how we help create an environment where children can fully develop their potential and discover new things every day.

Head of Communications
Kateřina Harcombe
One of my main activities in kindergarten is taking care of parents. I accompany you from the first contact, through the day of entry and then throughout the entire attendance. I am in charge of communication with parents and you can contact me with questions about clubs, events and the normal operation of the kindergarten. It is important to me that you and your children feel good with us, and communication, as is well known, is an integral part of every relationship, whether it is work or private.
Client care has accompanied me in various forms throughout my professional life and I am grateful that I can now do what I enjoy in such a dynamic and inspiring environment and especially with people with whom it all makes sense to me 😊.

Psychologist
Margareta Johnová
My name is Margareta and I am primarily responsible for psychodiagnostics of children and sometimes psychological counseling. I studied psychology as a single discipline and I am constantly trying to deepen and expand my education - in the field of psychotherapy, crisis intervention or modern diagnostic methods. The bio-psycho-socio-spiritual approach to people is very close to me, I try to approach children as unique personalities who want to fully develop and use their potential, whatever it may be. In my practice, I work with children as well as with adults, I gained most of my experience working with children during 12 years of working in the Endangered Children's Fund and the Kangaroo Facility for Children in Need of Immediate Help.

Director of Kindergarten GENIUS
Jitka Platilová
I admire children for their immediacy, sincerity, readiness and their endless imagination. From my point of view, these are all qualities that we adults very often forget. I myself have three children who have trained me in many ways during their growth and you could say that they have helped me find the right direction that I have taken, which is working with children. I graduated from university in the field of business economics and management, later I graduated from school in the field of preschool and extracurricular pedagogy. When working with children, I like to work outside, listen to their needs and their emotional state. At GENIUS Kindergarten, I greatly appreciate the individual approach to each child and at the same time the effort to support them in their strengths.

Head teacher
Vendula Havránková
My dream from preschool age was to become a teacher. Children are our mirror, so in my practice I base myself on experiential education and an empathic, calm and accommodating approach.
I develop children's potential, which lies precisely in an individual approach, and therefore I am happy to help children find their hidden talents and develop them together. It will be my honor to prepare your children for new challenges and experiences that they may encounter not only at school, but also in life.

Teacher
Kristýna Kurucová
Thanks to my several years of experience as an au pair in England, France and Switzerland, I continued at SPC, where I worked as a project manager and had the opportunity to focus on client care, which included, among other things, the implementation of supportive motor exercises and creative activities. In my personal life, I am involved in sports, mountain tourism, I practice graphomotor skills with my daughter every day, I devote myself to Montessori teaching and other alternative directions that stimulate cognitive, social and emotional development. I approach children individually and it fulfills me to develop their potential. I am happy when I can share with the children a common enthusiasm for educational activities. I work as the main teacher in the Green Class.

Teacher
Gabriela Hrabalová
I grew up surrounded by educators and have always been fascinated by the great influence they can have on children's lives. I longed to be the one who awakens creativity in children, supports their dreams and leads them to a joyful and fulfilling life. My journey to working with children began in the second grade, when I led clubs in kindergarten. Since then, I have also helped at scout camps, worked as a lecturer for various clubs and led suburban camps. I am still gaining experience in various activities with children. As the oldest of four siblings in a bilingual family, I have learned patience, empathy and how to approach children individually and with respect. Working with children is not just a profession for me - it is a mission that fulfills me every day.

I have dedicated most of my professional and academic life to working with children. I have spent the last 4 years in New York, where I earned a degree in psychology with a specialization in developmental and child psychology from the University of Rochester. During the summer, I worked as a program coordinator and team leader at EU-funded English camps for children from rural areas. I am very excited to work with such a talented group of children that we have at GENIUS Kindergarten. I look forward to being able to teach them and learn from them at the same time.

Barbora Semová
My name is Barbora, I study special pedagogy at Charles University and I have been working at Genius Kindergarten for the sixth year. I have tried other professions in the past, but none made as much sense to me as this one. Being a guide for children as they start their journey towards education makes me very happy and at the same time fulfilling. In the classroom, I take care of a harmonious and safe environment, which is filled with mutual respect, knowledge, movement and also fun, which is also important to me in my personal life. Thanks to Genius Kindergarten, my dream came true and I believe that Genius Kindergarten will help your children discover their own potential and fulfill their dreams.

I have been working as a teacher since 2018. I was always drawn to teaching - and when the offer came, I didn't hesitate. I study psychology and English, and I expand my education every year with courses and training. The most fulfilling thing for me is seeing the progress of my students throughout the year and especially when they enjoy our lessons. Happy children are the best reward. I teach in kindergarten, I am also a proud athletic coach. I hold summer camps and I took over the position of chief leader at a traditional sports camp.

Teacher
Jana Poděbradská
The more I am surrounded by children, the happier I am. I enjoy looking at the world through children's eyes, developing their personal talents, courage, but also empathy. During my previous practice, I supplemented my pedagogical education, the exams of a teacher of children's yoga. With me, your child will find a supportive and loving embrace, understanding, but also a lot of inspiration and fun. It is an honor to be a member of a team that takes care of your children with love, respect and patience.

Teacher
Nikol Nguyenová
My name is Nikol and I am a student in the final year of the bachelor's program Teaching for Kindergartens at Charles University. I decided to develop my pedagogical journey at Genius Kindergarten, where from the beginning I found a strong connection with its philosophy and program. One of the most important things that I have realized during my teaching practice so far is that every child is unique in its own way and requires diverse needs. My goal is to create an environment where children feel free to express their thoughts and interests, while also feeling supported and respected in what they do. Working in a kindergarten allows me not only to impart knowledge and skills to children, but also to learn from them. It is a mutual process that can bring incredible enrichment not only to the children, but also to us, the educators.

My name is Tereza. I am studying at the Faculty of Education of Charles University. For several months, I worked as a teacher's assistant in the 3rd and 4th grade of a primary school. I am hardworking, patient and reliable. I am interested in ecology. As part of my studies, I had the opportunity to take a course on climate change for educators. I have had a positive relationship with children since I was a child, and working with them fulfills me. I believe that every child is unique and deserves an individual approach.

Teacher
Marife Strouhalová
I believe that every child is different, every child is smart in their own little way and has talents hidden deep within that just needs to be discovered. It made me develop a passion for childcare, that’s why I love working with kids, helping them nurture their little minds. Working with multinational kids in the past, made me realize the importance of understanding their needs, to show support in their interests and to listen to their emotions in a respectful approach. Seeing smiles, laughter and joy in their faces, gives me the satisfaction that I have helped them fulfill their imagination and achieve an important milestone in their young lives.

Working with children is both a mission and a joy for me. I enjoy exploring the world with them, I support their natural curiosity and create an environment where they feel safe and can be themselves. I believe that quality education is the foundation for a child's future success. Studying preschool education allows me to use modern approaches that develop creativity and self-confidence. I also draw inspiration from nature - I try to project peace and harmony into my daily work with children. In my opinion, every child deserves to be perceived and accepted as they are, and to take away from kindergarten not only new skills, but also joy and a desire to learn more.

I started my career in gastronomy, where I gradually worked my way up to a management position. However, life circumstances led me to have to put my ambitions aside for a while and focus on a different direction. During this stage, I found a deeper meaning in helping and supporting children, whose world is full of immediacy and fantasy. When it was time to return to the work process, working with children was a clear choice for me. I am a mother of three children and I consider it a great gift to be able to be part of their colorful world.
