This is the reason why our kindergartens and school attract the biggest enthusiasts in the field.
School management and office

Owner | education
Petra Langerová
In my own imagination, even as a little girl, I had a school that was a paradise for all children. Enthusiastic teachers and a respectful team of children who develop together in a harmonizing environment. Already in elementary school, I had the honor of meeting teachers who were so enlightened in their efforts to find all children an activity that suits them and in which they can realize themselves. This approach inspired me a lot.
Over the years, studying, meeting experts and the latest research and attending interesting trainings from Mindfulness, Mindset Coaching, Motivation Course, Children's brain and its secrets in the educational system, for example Project teaching in primary education and many others, I had a perfect school clear.

Owner | CEO
Michal Zuza
I studied law in Prague, spent some time in the USA and then several years in the legal profession. After that, I started my own consulting company. I have been associated with GENIUS schools since the beginning, when I helped them with administrative and legal matters. As the schools grew, both in quality and in scope, I helped more and more until I became the director of the company in 2019. GENIUS schools allow me to capitalize on my experience and at the same time to realize my enthusiasm for innovative education and development of children. I am especially satisfied with the immediate feedback, because I can immediately see in our children and parents when we are doing our job well, which allows me to grow better personally and professionally.

Owner | marketing
Pavlína Zuzová
I am the co-founder and marketing director of our GENIUS kindergartens and elementary schools. In our schools, I can fully apply my artistic and graphic education from the Václav Hollar Art School, as well as the knowledge from studying marketing and communication at university, and last but not least, the time and experience gained by studying and working in Australia or the USA. I take care of the marketing, graphics, visual side and communication of our schools with enthusiasm and joy. At the same time, I expand my horizons with my own work. I paint and illustrate for interesting Czech companies or, for example, the National Theatre. Words cannot describe how proud I am of what our team and I create here in our GENIUS schools and how we manage to qualitatively influence the lives of so many children, as well as colleagues and, I believe, parents as well :-).

Elementary school principal
Lukáš Kohoutek
I believe that by learning together at school we create the future. That's why it's important to me that it's a friendly and predictable environment where everyone can feel safe, experience belonging and fully develop their potential. I devoted myself to this area for 15 years as a lecturer and director of a preventive organization, and later also as the director of a large primary school outside of Prague. I am a fan of pedagogy built on a solid foundation of research and verified by practice, which has proven results in the learning progress of each student. For me, GENIUS elementary school represents a place where these principles can be fully applied thanks to the space for individual access. At the same time, I like the emphasis not only on intellectual, but also social, physical and aesthetic development.

Deputy director | 4th grade teacher
Jana Kárníková
After graduating from the Czech language at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Charles University, I worked for a long time in a Czech advertising agency. From there I went to elementary school, where I worked as a teacher in the first grade and coordinator of the student parliament. In recent years, in the position of deputy director of the school, I have successfully helped implement an ambitious change in the concept of functioning of a larger school outside of Prague. I have no specific pedagogical direction. I try to analyze the class, the individual students and, based on the results, combine the best of everything I know to get optimal results. I like to include project teaching, teaching in nature, experiential methods in my plans... That's why the approach to education and training in GENIUS schools is very close to me.

HR manager
Nikola Faltová
With the children, we were always drawn to each other and the time spent with them was very fulfilling for me. I studied dance conservatory, special pedagogy at Ostrava University and andragogy and education management at Charles University. During my studies, I had the opportunity to try out work in management, which was also close to me. For several years, I worked as a teacher in a prestigious bilingual kindergarten, where I also participated in the management of the organization and gained rich experience in caring for clients - parents, mentoring new teachers, creating educational programs, etc. Combining management, improving the educational system, and at the same time still being close to the children is a dream come true for me. Not to mention that I find the GENIUS Mind training program to be extraordinary and totally agree with it.

Psychologist
Eva Krámová
I graduated in psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc and subsequently worked in educational institutions or social services providing psychological and psychotherapeutic care for children, adults and entire families. As a postgraduate, I completed a five-year psychotherapeutic training in systemic psychotherapy. My
I enjoy my work and I believe it shows. Instead of the reasons why something doesn't work, I prefer to focus on finding ways; often even where at first glance there are none. I like to listen to people and think about how to move things in a useful direction. I enjoy working with children for its diversity, informality and, above all, its enormous potential. In my practice, I like to draw on scientifically based (so-called evidence-based) approaches and seek cooperation with other colleagues and experts. I am constantly educating myself and undergo regular supervision.

Operations Manager, Music Education
Karolína Vyskočilová
I graduated from the music conservatory, where my love for art was born – and it has accompanied me to this day. My professional path led through theater, photography, running a children's center and cafes, until I finally settled in education, which became a matter of the heart for me. In recent years, I have worked at a prestigious bilingual school, where I started as a tutor in the after-school club. I gradually became an Art teacher, a class teacher and I also participated in the creation of thematic plans across grades. At the GENIUS school, all my previous experiences will be connected again – children will meet me in the after-school club, in music lessons and at the same time in the office, where I work as a production and operations manager.

Office Manager
Natálie Vacková
My name is Natálie Vacková and at GENIUS I am in charge of the operational and administrative agenda, mainly for the company management. However, I also work closely with amazing colleagues across all branches and I am happy when everything runs smoothly and with a smile.
I care about everything running smoothly and without unnecessary worries, because that's how we help create an environment where children can fully develop their potential and discover new things every day.
Classroom teachers and subject teachers

1st grade teacher
Kristina Vida
As a child, I loved playing teacher when I taught my younger sister at home, much to her joy. This passion stuck with me, so after graduating from high school, I chose the field of Primary School Teaching at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava. In my free time, I work as a fitness trainer and, in addition to sports, I enjoy playing the guitar, singing, putting together puzzles and making jewelry from beads and wires. In my practice with children, setting clear boundaries and providing sufficient space for students to express themselves has proven to be the most effective. My goal is for every student to feel happy at school and achieve the best possible results.

2nd grade teacher
Lucie Kohutová
Lucie is a graduate of the Faculty of Education, Charles University, majoring in Primary School Teaching. She is actively involved in piano playing and singing, lectures at suburban children's camps, and trains Czech youth in the logical card game bridge. In addition, she likes to invest time and energy in her own professional development, participating in summer schools and webinars for educators.

3rd grade teacher
Petra Kozlíková
I graduated from Charles University in teaching and social pedagogy. During my master's studies, I traveled to Estonia as part of the Erasmus program. I have ten years of experience in a primary school in Prague, where I led a class from the third to the ninth grade. I have gained insight into the work of an assistant teacher and a tutor. I have been teaching Czech as a foreign language, coordinating the school parliament, and I am a representative for prevention. I have experience with tandem teaching. I completed the first year of the Principal Live program and a whole range of courses (from ski instructor to crisis intervention and mentoring). I have been gaining almost eighteen years of formative experience in the Jules and Jim organization, which deals with prevention and challenging situations at school. I gained a solid foundation primarily at the Our Children children's camp, where I have been going since the third grade and without which nothing else would be possible.

5th grade teacher
Monika Marková
I graduated from the Faculty of Education at Charles University and later worked as an English language teacher at a language school. I also worked in marketing in the sales department and thanks to a year of study abroad I was able to practice my English and German. Throughout my teaching career, I have realized that the most knowledge can be passed on through enthusiasm, passion for a cause, motivation and an experiential method. And it is children who perceive these qualities the most. I would like every child to have the opportunity to look back and remember fondly everything they have learned and experienced during their studies.

Teacher M, IT and Science
Jakub Režňák
For me, teaching science is not about memorizing theorems and counting examples. A science teacher is primarily a guide for children through the world of knowledge. He does not bring children answers, but only directs them and helps them in finding answers. I graduated from Chemistry Teaching for Secondary Schools at the Faculty of Physics, Charles University, and am now a doctoral student in Chemistry Didactics. I have been working with children for more than 15 years and have experience in education from elementary school to university and adult education. I have the most experience with leisure education and popularization of science, mainly thanks to my work within the Association of Little Debrujárs. The popularity of science is most determined by the first years of education. Finding the lost taste for knowledge is not easy. My goal is not only to teach your children to learn about the world around them, but above all to maintain their interest in learning.

Teacher M
Pavlína Češková
My name is Pavlína and I am finishing my studies in Primary School Teaching with a focus on English language at the Faculty of Education, Charles University.

I like to spend my free time actively, especially doing various sports - I used to play beach volleyball, which I like to return to.

English Teacher
Zuzana Nepraš
My name is Zuzana Nepraš, and I have been teaching English to both children and adults since 2019 with great passion and enthusiasm. My journey with English began during my life, work, and studies in the USA, which gave me a more practical and personal approach to teaching. I believe that learning should be engaging, enjoyable, and inspiring, so I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable and confident expressing themselves. I see every student as unique, and I enjoy finding the best way to help each one succeed and grow. I hold internationally recognized certificates, including CELTA and Cambridge English: Proficiency, which enable me to adapt my teaching to different needs, levels, and learning goals. For me, teaching is not just about grammar and vocabulary — it’s about helping students unlock new opportunities, build confidence, and enjoy the journey of learning.

English Teacher
Simona Tomečková
There have always been two things which fulfilled me - learning English and spending time with children. That is why I decided to study at a Faculty of Education – Teaching of English Language and Literature, which I finished with master’s degree.
During my studies I had various experiences with teaching and spending time with children, either through practice at various schools or tutoring. Thanks to these I realised what working with children has to offer and also how important it is to get to know each child, so that we are able to work with them in a way that is best for every single one of them.

English Teacher
Dan Sawran

PE teacher, after-school club supervisor
Petr Pánek
I have been involved in sports all my life, especially ice hockey, which I started playing in my early childhood. Active participation in team sports taught me to cooperate, respect others, be purposeful and persistent in achieving set goals. I graduated from a secondary medical school and a higher vocational school with a sports focus. In my free time, I continue to be actively involved in hockey and work as a coach for young players, where I can pass on my experience, support their sporting growth and develop team spirit. I consider the joy of movement to be an important part of a healthy lifestyle and I try to pass it on to children in the school environment.

Teacher of arts and creative
Nikola Bitalová
I am a creative person with more than ten years of experience in the field of cultural production, event management and development of non-profit and start-up projects. I teach art education and work activities, where I apply my experience in art, community development and planning educational activities. In my teaching, I emphasize the development of manual skills and fine motor skills, which I consider key to a child's healthy development. I offer children a variety of art and work activities that develop their creativity, practical skills and eye for detail. The teaching also includes the basics of art history, which I introduce to children in an understandable and playful way - as inspiration and also the foundations for general social awareness. I believe that art and work education is a formative experience for children, helping them discover their own abilities, work independently and in a team and develop a sense of beauty, creativity and practicality.

Spanish teacher
Kristýna Vančurová
I graduated from a Czech-Spanish grammar school and then from the Metropolitan University, majoring in International Relations and European Studies. I then started working at a technical institute, where I still work as a project manager. I have many years of experience in private Spanish and Czech language teaching. I find teaching children to be a very meaningful and fulfilling job. I always try to adapt to the individual needs of each student and develop their abilities.

Teacher's assistant, coordinator of student arrival and departure
Oksana Kyselová
I believe all children should be treated with kindness and respect; after all, they are our future and it is an honour to be able to help them on their journey as they grow up and learn about the world. heir minds are full of wonder and it never ceases to amaze me; watching them think and work is wonderful and getting to see how imaginative and smart they are and just how much they get to thrive under the right circumstances is a privilege.

Teacher's assistant, a.m. & p.m. club supervisor
Tulga Batbold
My name is Tulga, I graduated in social pedagogy and during my studies I completed an internship, thanks to which I gained valuable experience working with children from ordinary schoolchildren to children with physical or mental disabilities. Working with children fulfills me, I like to support them in their personal and school development and help them overcome various obstacles. Every child is unique and brings something new to school.
In my free time, I actively practice basketball and weight training. Sports teach me patience, responsibility, and teamwork, which is also reflected in my work at school.

Teacher's assistant, a.m. & p.m. club supervisor
Nikola Kovaříková
I am a graduate of the Bachelor's degree in Special Education and English Language at Palacký University in Olomouc. I have experience working with students with special educational needs, especially students with autism spectrum disorder. I consider creativity to be my strength and I use it to find new ways to engage students and support their development. Working with students fulfills me and motivates me to continue my education, which is why I want to further my knowledge in the study of Special Education, school counseling and English language teaching.

Teacher's assistant, a.m. & p.m. club supervisor
Milan Trachta
One of the most important things in life for me is trust. And not only in the sense that I can trust someone, but that he or she can trust me. From my point of view, it is an absolutely fundamental building block of a healthy personality and therefore a healthy society, and I believe that children perceive it even more sensitively, even though we often don't realize it. We often take it for granted, as something that exists on its own and doesn't need to be "created" or worked on. But every child is unique, with their own personality and individuality and a different perception of the world and emotions. That's why I am convinced that creating trust is a daily and endless mission that has an irreplaceable role in a child's development. Because trust creates security. And security and love are what we all want for children most of all.

Teacher's assistant, a.m. & p.m. club supervisor
Klára Straková
For several years now, I have been actively involved in working with children with autism spectrum disorder, which simply gives me meaning and makes me happy. My long-term dream is to become a primary school teacher, which is why I am now embarking on a journey of study in this field. In addition to working with children, I enjoy educating myself in the field of fine coffee and engaging in various artistic activities, which I also enjoy transferring to the children in the after-school care center.
